How to pick a Real Estate Agent

June 5, 2012

At Elite Homes and Property we know there are an abundance of Real Estate Agents for home buyers/sellers to choose from.  However, it is important to do your research on who is the right agent for you.  According to Realty Times; Trust, Technology, and Savvy are three of the most important factors to consider.

Trust: Finding an agent that you trust is absolutely necessary.  Realty Times suggests getting referrals from friends and family of agents who they have worked with and liked.  We at Elite Homes and Property also think that meeting with a perspective agent is a good idea.  This meeting would allow for an opportunity to ask questions about their experience and productivity as well as getting a feel for the agent and their values.

Technology: In a world where technology rules having an agent who can effectively communicate in it is a must. With different social medias used for marketing and easy communication between agents and their clients there are benefits to having knowledgeable agent.

Savvy: If it isn’t obvious having an agent who know and understand the real estate market is important.  Experience working in whatever niche your property falls in is certainly a quality that one should look for.   Elite Homes and Property prides itself on the fact that each of its agents are experienced and knowledgeable in the real estate market.            Some of our agents work primarily with Development Processes and Bare Land transactions while others are Distressed Property Specialist.

Trust, understanding of Technology, and Savvy are all elements of a good agent and all qualities are embodied in our agents at Elite Homes and Property.  Check us out on our website at  www.elitehomesandproperty.com.
