Property Values Have Hit Bottom in Ada County

According to the Idaho Statesman, Ada county property values have bottomed out have several years of double-digit declines.   Bob McQuade, an assesor for Ada county, say that his bottoming out will result in a slow climb out, meaning property values will slowly be on the rise.   Currently the median assessed value of homes in Ada county is 138,800 down from 208,100 in 2008.
